I went to a wellness conference and was introduced to the
Secret of Intermittent Fasting, Yoga, High Intensity Interval Training, and learned the problem with our current food industry. I was astonished at all the
chemicals, preservatives and sugar that is hidden in our everyday foods. I found out that there are
efficient and effective ways to
bio hack the body to
lose weight fast. And that the key to true weight loss lies in the
BALANCE between my
DIET, BODY/EXERCISE, MINDSET and SPIRIT.
Instantly it became crystal clear how I needed to structure my diet, exercise, mindset and spiritual activities to lose weight quickly, keep the weight off, and get balance back in my life. I saw the struggle I was facing wasn't my fault and I also realized I wasn't the only person that needed to know this information.
My plan was to start to restructure my life by addressing my body, diet, mindset and spirit.
I started studying intermittent fasting, the timing of when we should eat, the foods that we should eat, how to pair the food together and the macro and micronutrients. But I didn’t stop there.
I stated to meditate and do yoga at home.
After that, I started adding high intensity interval training workouts to burn more calories and fat efficiently.
Bottom line: In the end I was able to lose weight, keep the weight off, lower my stress levels and I found a way to be more at peace, more present, and more relaxed with my family and friends.
Building on that success, I decided to create a system that could show others how to lose weight, keep it off and create balance in their lives.
